Q: How can I send my Compound prescription to you?

A: You have two ways by which you can get your prescriptions compounded:

     1. Simply, call our Pharmacy (913-727-5273) and provide details of your Doctors office and our staff will take           care of the rest.

     2. Secondly, Have your Doctors office fax the prescription to 913-273-1468 or 913-727-  6337 (MEDS)

     3. You can bring the prescription to our Pharmacy walk-in.

We recommend option 1 simple and easy.

Q: How do I receive my Prescription?

A: Again, We use two different methods of delivering the Rx to you:

     1. Via Kare Compounding Pharmacy Delivery driver. They will be driving our ubiquitous delivery vans with  Kare Pharmacy logo on it. 

     2. Or, we can Fedex it to you for next day delivery.

Q: Is there any cost for delivery?

A: We offer free delivery in State of Missouri and Kansas. For KC metro customers, our delivery van provides the delivery.

Q: How can I trust you?

A: Thank you for being direct :-) But really, all our compounds are prepared under the supervision of board certified Pharmacist and well trained Pharmacy technician. Besides, we offer free, no risk, 7 days full refund policy in case if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. We have several years experience in compounding business and we believe we are the best when it comes to procuring the quality ingredients and compounding them for our esteemed patient base.

Q: I have other Rx besides Compounding. Can I get those filled as well?

A: Absolutely! We are a full service pharmacy that has retail operations as well. We will be happy to deliver the Rx with no cost of delivery to you. If there are copays, our Pharmacy staff will get in touch with you to either collect credit card # over the phone or via fax/email.

Q: Do you accept prescription insurance?

A: Absolutely, we do! We are contracted with pretty much all the major insurance providers including medicare, medicaid, Tricare,Blue Cross Blue Shields, Humana, United, Aetna and much much more. If you have an insurance that covers the compoounds, we are happy to take it.

Q: I just transferred all my compounds to your pharmacy. But I have not received my promotional $10 Amazon gift card

A: Our Amazon gift cards are actually e-cards, meaning we email you the gift card. In case if you have missed it, please check your junk mail folder to see if accidentally the gift card email ended up there. (We have seen this a lot :-)) If you cannot locate it, please contact our Pharmacy staff 913-727-5273 (KARE) and someone will surely take care of you.
